What are Superusers? Superusers create, edit, organize and generally maintain our database, report bugs, provide quality feedback, and help with internationalization requests.
Problem: With no formal line of communications, many Superusers had no idea there was a community
Goal: Improve communications with Foursquare HQ with 43K Superusers around the world to drive an increase in edits to the database.
Results: 41.5% open rate and a roughly 66% increase in forum participation
